Great for adjusting workouts for any injuries and even better for pushing you out of your comfort zone. Ray is a solid dude and really wants to see you improve. If you're looking to push yourself and find out what you are capable of while getting into the best all around shape of your life, Ray is your guy. He'll make you realize you are capable of more than you ever thought and push you to get there while somehow keeping it fun and fresh.
I figured I would start doing 1-2 workout's a week with him last fall and was instantly addicted to these small group workouts and the progress I was making. I have been there 4-5 days a week since then. I hurt myself and was in an aircast for a month at one point...not to worry, he adapted everything for me so I didn't miss a beat.
With multiple times available most days (early morning, midday and evenings) it's easy to find time for workouts and find out what that day has in store for a playlist!

Ray is absolutely crushing the workout game. My sister brought me into these workouts and I was extremely nervous because I didn't know what to expect, and Ray was so kind and made sure I was comfortable with the workouts to make sure I stayed safe, but still was making sure I got a good workout! Ray is great, holds you accountable! He also makes you want to sweat from your eyes which is fun. The absolute best reason to train with him though, is The Bike, namely Bikhael. Such a great time. But actually the absolute BEST pert is the endless stream of dad-level one-liner jokes from Ray. Honestly though, I've kept up a consistent "at least once a week" schedule with him since January. That's been difficult to do for a few years but it's really not that hard to keep up when you've got a friend or two to go ham on a sesh with Ray and Bikhael 😀
